When shopping on-line, just click on the "add" button next to the item you would like to order. This item is then added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to place your order click on the "Place Order" button on the left side of your computer screen. You will then be asked to fill out a secure on line order form, which will safely deliver your personal and credit card information. To review your shipping cost and taxes (NV only), open your place order window, and select the state and shipping information, then click on the review shopping cart button. |

| Print out our order form and fax it to (775) 424-2131. Fax ordering is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. This is for credit card orders only. Please be sure to fill out your order form completely. Include credit card number and expiration date. |

Print out our order form and send with cashier's check and drivers license number, or credit card information to: Glamour Hair Inc. Please never send cash through the mail. Please be sure to include all information on our order form with method of payment. If using a credit card please include expiration date. Sorry for the inconvenience, but no personal checks are accepted. Sorry no COD's. |
