Due to our automated processing system: Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. Orders are only approved and shipped to the name and billing address on the card. The 3 digit code on the back of the card is required.

E-mail Confirmation | to the top
Our system automatically emails your order receipt as soon as order is complete. If you did not receive an order receipt please check your spam settings or bulk folder. Often spam filters block email addresses with the words “Orders” or “Customer Service” in the email subject or address.
Returns | to the top
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds due to manufacturers policies and sanitary reasons. All sales are final.
Unauthorized returns will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. Any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, returned, unclaimed or cancelled after placing order; there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Free shipping and handling will not apply and will be charged for.
*If you have a concern about your order: Glamour Hair must be notified within 48 hours after receiving your order and before using, applying, opening or altering.
*All hair must use Glamour Hair products only.
Cancellations | to the top
Cancelling an order after it is placed will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Free shipping and handling will not apply and will be charged for.
Back order cancellations are exempt from this.
Due to heavy internet fraud and that many items are custom ordered, Glamour Hair reserves the right at any time to require the customer to show proof they are the cardholder by requesting to see front and back of credit card, 3 digit code and sign a standard signed sales slip and drivers license, If a customer refuses or there are unusual transactions flagged during the authorization process: Customers refusing to provide further verification then the order will be cancelled minus a 50% fee and shipping if the order shipped.
Substitutions | to the top
If we are out of stock in the length you chose we may send the next longest length at no extra charge. Please e-mail us for every order you do not want substituted.
Back Orders | to the top
In case of a back order or discontinued item, customer will be notified through e-mail and given the option to wait, select another item or cancel that portion of the order and get a refund to the credit card. If you ordered more than one item, the whole order will ship together once the back order comes in.
Color Match | to the top
Color charts and model pictures can be used as a guide only as the color quality may vary depending on your monitor's resolution. For the best color match it is best to purchase a color ring. Only certain colors are available for each item; therefore, always check the item's color availability. Please choose colors carefully as all sales are final with no refunds. When dealing with 100% real human hair colors may vary from batch to batch.
Discreet Shipping | to the top
All orders shipped from Glamour Hair will not say hair extensions anywhere on the outside of the package. Your shipment will be delivered discreetly and the shipping label will say GH Inc.
Shipping Information | to the top
We guarantee your package to arrive in the business days you chose or we will give you a shipping refund.
Provide and fully spell your whole accurate billing name, address, phone and EMAIL ADDRESS. Do not give 2 addresses. If we cannot contact you about a problem, through e-mail your order may not be processed in a timely manner.
For customer protection due to online fraud we ship only to the billing address and name on the card. Our system will deny your order if the exact billing address is not provided
For your protection, if the value of the shipment is of high dollar value and/or carrier deems unsafe to leave package at door, a signature will be required to receive your shipment. If credit card holder is not home to sign for shipment, carrier will either leave a note with instructions, reattempt to deliver or both. Glamour Hair will not be responsible for shipping delays due to the above circumstances.
We do not ship COD and cannot use customer’s personal shipping account.
Shipping and hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm PST, except the following holidays: New year's Eve, New Year's Day and the day after New Year's, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day and the day before and after, Christmas Eve day, Christmas day and the day after.
We do not take responsibility for late shipments from the carriers or due to incorrect addresses. Customer is responsible for delays due to destination problems, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or not being home to sign for package.
Late Packages: Glamour Hair will refund your shipping charges if your package does not arrive within the shipping business days chosen. Glamour Hair will not refund the order or give discounts - only the shipping is refunded. Orders cannot be returned for a refund.
Free Shipping: Some items have free shipping. If you add more items to your cart that do not have free shipping then shipping fees for those items will be applied.
Shipping Destinations: We ship to United States addresses only.
Hawaii and Alaska: Allow approx. 7-14 business days for arrival. Orders could take longer. Shipping is non refundable.
PO Boxes: Our system only accepts the billing address on the card. If your billing address is a PO box, please enter that when placing your order. To ship to a seperate address customers may be asked to sign a sales slip and show proof of ID.
Tracking: You should receive an automated email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive this please check your spam settings or bulk folder. Often spam filters block email addresses with the words “Orders” or “Customer Service” in the email subject or address. If after the chosen business days your package has not arrived contact us then for tracking or shipping information. email@example.com.
Shipping & Handling
We offer 2 Flat Rate options for shipping & handling:
5-10 Business days for arrival - $15
3-7 Business days for arrival - $25
Please allow the business days you chose on your order for your package to arrive. It is guaranteed to arrive in this time or we will give you a shipping refund. Some orders may take the full time to arrive.
Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Shipping days begin the day after order is placed. We ship via UPS and/or USPS.
Shipping and handling includes: shipping, postage, insurance where applicable, packaging materials, handling, shipping custom orders from a different manufacturer and more.
Fraud, Stop Payments & Chargebacks | to the top
Credit card stop payments will be prosecuted as theft and fraud and will be sent to collections.
CHARGEBAK FEE: $25. Our company will incur a $25 fee if you do a chargeback which we will charge your card for.
Customers who do chargebacks, disputes or stop payment for any reason with their credit card company will be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account.
Our return policy is a matter of record with the better business bureau and our credit card service providers.
